Why do you need cPanel or server access at all?
The app stores reviews in a real MySQL database, not a hosted third-party service. Creating that database and connecting it to your site requires the same level of access you'd give any developer setting up a new feature on your hosting account.
Is access kept after installation?
No. Access is requested for the install window only and is revoked once you've confirmed the review page is working. We recommend changing your password afterward as standard practice.
What happens to my reviews if I cancel the subscription?
The database and all review data remain on your own hosting account - that's the entire point of self-hosting. Canceling stops future updates and support, not access to your own data.
Does this work alongside my existing OpenCart store or WordPress site?
Yes. It's installed as a separate page and database table set, so it sits alongside your existing site rather than replacing any part of it.
Can I move it to a different host later?
Since it's standard PHP and MySQL, it can be migrated like any other self-hosted application. Migration support is included for active subscribers.
